About Us

Sharon was one of two founding members of PHS Independent Physiotherapy Services in 1993 which provided Physiotherapy Services to GP’s at Poplars Surgery, Hawthorns Surgery, Manor Practice and Ley Hill Practice (offering home visits and out-patient appointments).

Sharon was the  Physiotherapist at Ley Hill Surgery for fifteen years.

Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Registered with the Health Professions Council
(No PH26647).

Member of the Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice / Physio First.

Sharon originally qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham in 1979 and then worked for the National Health Service at Sandwell, Good Hope and Walsall Manor Hospitals gaining all round physiotherapy experience including being a superintendent for four years at Good Hope Hospital.

She has worked with children with special needs in the community and at the hospital. In 1992 she became a Community Physiotherapist based at Sutton Coldfield Cottage Hospital.
